After looking over all of the Barretenberg issues, and closing some, I have gone through the monorepo to remove any stale references to these issues. In a small number of cases I opened a new, issue which was a refinement of the previous issue, and in the case of slab allocation I left the stale issues in since I thought it could be helpful if that issue is ever reopened.
