Comment everything inside pippenger

Barretenberg pippenger is horribly documented and extremely hard to analyze and update. In big part it is because there is very efficient self-documenting code but no comments (especially with intention regarding certain structures and actions). When we implement optimizations for pippenger, it's time to finally document everything there.
