Error in timezone format in PrePostDeploymentScript v2

Hello,
This script is stopping and starting all my triggers.
I have debuged and I have found a error when it is comparing "AdditionalProperties" in "Compare-TriggerAdditionalProperty" function.

$deployedAdditionalProps.typeProperties
$payloadAdditionalProps.typeProperties

Look at the "Z" at the end of startTime. Are different then it return a True and it stop/start the trigger.

I confirm having same problem, only UTC timezone work do not stop the trigger. All eastern time zones triggers are stopped as before

@Bhuard1, @MarioPrieto6 - The latest script has a fix for time zone issue, please use the latest one.
