Improve documentation to make it easier find information for trigger type

Context: Building data processing pipeline that runs between Blob Storage, Python on Functions in Linux (Preview) and CosmosDB.

Severity: Serious (Time Consuming)
Issue/Resolution Steps:

1. Over 50 steps/click-through links were needed from the start page to find all the relevant information for binding Blobs to Functions successfully. Please contact me for the internal power point that show-cases this journey.
2. Tutorials should be designed so that they are a one-stop document. Users should not need to click through layers to be successful.

@raahmed We'll need more detail here to make the issue actionable. "The start page" is a quickstart article and not intended to walk users through an E2E application.
