--location name formatting

It may seem straightforward, "westus" and "West US", but initially I actually wasn't sure what to use, being from a different location; it may be helpful to put a note on the location-name-formatting.

Either one should be accepted. You will just need to quote the long form with the space. Tab completion defaults to the short-form.

Not sure what your referring to with 'tab completion'; I've been using Azure Cli mostly (Ubuntu). I've tried Powershell (Ubuntu) and Azure Cloud Shell, but couldn't get some sort of 'tab completion' working. I need to configure this somehow? Even if that would work, I'm not sure if most people know about that, but this could be subject to how one learns about configuring Azure from the start, though not sure. It should be straightforward, but with these types of options, I think people expect a reference to know more about the options for locations, at least.

Tab completion works out of the box on Azure Cloud Shell and other variants of the bash shell (not CMD.exe or Powershell).

Nice. The space can be a bit tricky though, right after the parameter ;).

We'll consider adding clarifying language to the --location parameter, since it is used almost universally throughout the CLI.

We'll add the reference to the az account list-locations command to the global help for this parameter.
