The functional test Test_CLI_Up_Down_ContainerAppJob in cli/azd/test/functional/up_test.go is currently skipped because it requires a VCR recording cassette at cli/azd/test/functional/testdata/recordings/Test_CLI_Up_Down_ContainerAppJob.yaml.
This recording needs to be created by running the test against a live Azure environment in recording mode and capturing the HTTP interactions.
