Using build from #693.

azd version 0.2.0-beta.2-pr.1866404 (commit b99dc05)

Now, it says:
"Would you like to PAT to the node922b environment file (.env)?"

Should be:
"Would you like to save the PAT to the node922b environment file (.env)?"

(node922b is my environment name)
