Provisioning virtual machines

Are there any plans to support provisioning virtual machines with the Java SDK? As far as I can tell it's possible with the Powershell API but not with the Java API.

I think what he wants is the Java SDK support for Service Management API.

To elaborate, I was really hoping for these features that are in the node.js sdk to be available for java, but that seems like it could be a ways off. Are there any plans for these features?
