sending message and receiving message can reach 20k/minute. If we do not have to initial new http request for each request, we can get higher throughput

I wonder if it would make sense to introduce something similar to the QueueClient/TopicClient/SubscriptionClient from .NET into the REST API so that you could cache the Java Client in some way.

I believe the supported method for higher throughput in service bus is to use the AMQP protocol rather than HTTP.

this actually comes from service bus team. Sometime, some customer want to use REST　API for high throughput scenarios. This is a good question.
