ADLS data plane stuff is now built separately and is being removed from this repo. In the interest of reducing the change size, I am not regenerating all clients in this change. I will do that in a separate PR.

ADLS data plane is now managed separately from the AutoRest framework for java. As such, removing the uploader and the filesystem source code and removing it from the generator gulp file. To do this I had to regen ADLS account management, which made some minor changes there that I will be also doing for the ADLA code in a separate PR (to keep the size down).
