Fix JavaDoc build warnings
…reated service directly, instead of relying on getting a timeout. Also adds some randomness to the table names, so tests can be rerun more rapidly than every 5 minutes.
Fixing checkstyle errors for Media Services, issue #204.
First cut at base class for connection string parsing. Merging after offline review with jcookems.
Base implementation of connection string parser
Added test of settings wrap uri via connection string.
