This base class could be the one to have the get_children method on it

Adding Paul's feedback about the other base classses here:

• Propose introducing DocumentPageElement for line, blocks; and DocumentStructureElement for table, keyValuePair, fields, entities, etc.

This will depend on future navigation helper method design.
