Links broken for Cosmos

I've noticed that in the README, there're multiple broken links--all 404s and all point to azure.github.io. Some examples are 'CosmoClient' in the Key Concepts section and 'Container' and 'ContainerProxy' in the Usage section.

Per discussion with @scbedd there is not yet unversioned "latest" URLs for ref docs, but should be in the future. I suggest waiting to update these when those become available. cc @annatisch

@scbedd - do you know what links we can use in the meantime? I don't want to publish the b5 preview with broken links in the readme...

@annatisch I recommend the cosmos landing page on azure.github.io for now.
