This pull request makes a small configuration update to the
1es-redirect.ymlpipeline template. The main change is the addition of anetworkIsolationPolicysetting.networkIsolationPolicy: Permissive, CFSCleanto the pipeline settings in1es-redirect.ymlto modify network isolation behavior.
