Spawner Breaks Not Logged in Latest Patreon Version of CoreProtect #1093

Describe the bug
Basically, when using the latest version, players who break a spawner are not logged in CoreProtect, so with /co inspect it currently only shows who placed it, but not who broke it. I’m using the latest Patreon version of CoreProtect.
To Reproduce
Place a spawner.
Run /co inspect on it – it shows who placed it.
Break the spawner.
Run /co inspect on the location it does not show that you broke it.
