Add support for BizTalk 2020

Add support for BizTalk 2020 (Visual Studio 2019).

This will be the final release from this repository since Microsoft BizTalk Server 2020 is the final release of the product.

A newly updated extension for BizTalk 2020/Visual Studio 2019 is now available through the Extension Manager in Visual Studio and on the Visual Studio Marketplace website.

Thank you to those of you who contributed stopgap solutions over this LONG period of time without an official extension.
