This is made for yt-dlp.exe
https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp
Created with luaRT
You need
ffmpeg.exe
ffplay.exe
ffprobe.exe
yt-dlp.exe
In the same folder as yt_dlp_gui.exe, for this to work properly
This only works for Windows (I'll prob make a linux version if I'm not lazy)
Insert the URL first, then press Get Info button to get the available resolutions
If it can't find any, it'll use a fallback list and then you can select the video quality
Currently only MP4 is supported for now, maybe more will come if I'm not lazy.
Insert the URL first, then you can either choose if you want to keep the thumbnail or not
Thumbnails can not be embe'd into a .wav so it'll automatically choose No Thumbnail
This button is only visible when selecting a video
Insert the URL first, then you can choose either if you want everything to be in audio or video
You can then choose video quality (if you selected video)
or
You can choose audio quality (if you selected audio) and keep thumbnail or not
You don't have to type yt-dlp -h to run a command, just do something like -h and that's it
Press the Run button afterwards to run it
The update button uses the -U command, a confirmation will appear if you want to update or not
It only updates yt-dlp, you'll have to download a new release
Takes you to the github page of yt-dlp
Open up cmd.exe in the address bar of where your .wlua file is
