Minichord & iPad

The only computing devices I own and use are the iPad and iPhone. I know both support the Chrome browser, but I don’t know what limits Apple puts on that browser.

Does anyone know:

1. Can you customize the Minichord parameters using Chrome (or any other way) on the iPad?

2. Can you update the Minichord firmware using the iPad?

So I've looked it up:

1. All browser on iPadOS are skins of Safari. And Safari refuses to implement the WebMidi standard. So currently while any Android tablet should work, iPad are a no-go
2. Unfortunately the loader is available on Mac, Windows and Linux. I'm not 100% sure whether you can use Mac app on iPad, but this is probably a no too.

I'm very sorry about that, this is one of those situation where Apple walled garden restricts the functionality you can use, and I currently don't have the bandwidth to develop an app just for that.

By the way I forgot to mention: the interface protocol being MIDI and documented in a single JSON, if a developer wishes to make an app, he is totally free to do so (that is open source, so no permission from me on anything software-side, even for commercial exploitation). I can help out with understanding how it works.
