That turned into a decade scaling revenue engines—most notably helping grow QLMS TPO (now Rocket Pro) from $12B/year to $150B+/year in funded originations.
Eventually the gravity of technology pulled me in. CRM—especially Salesforce—became the force multiplier I couldn’t ignore. Since then I’ve built and led multiple 50+ person engineering organizations at Rocket and National Debt Relief delivering enterprise-scale impact in revenue, CSAT, and operational efficiency.
Along the way I’ve seen architectures held together by hope, integrations stitched with duct tape, contact centers bleeding efficiency, and data pipelines whispering lies. I help businesses fix that—fast, clean, and permanently.
