Summary

  • Preserve the universal task ledger merged by PR docs: finalize universal repository task ledger #1112 and add the one remaining chat follow-up: complete and prove the streamlined six-item sidebar.
  • Allocate sidebar delivery as open task #064, place it at order 7, keep all 34 recommended rows contiguous and backed by open IDs, and advance the next ID to #065.
  • Record the focused follow-up review in the repository review ledger.

RAG impact: no retrieval behaviour change — repository task-ledger documentation only.

Verification

  • Focused sidebar/favourites suites previously passed 18/18 on sidebar commit cd54e68fb.
  • npm run format:changed
  • Ledger invariants: 34 contiguous orders, 44 unique open IDs, no missing queue references, next ID 065, sidebar #064 present.
  • Session hook syntax/runtime and startup output; git diff --check.
  • The broader reconciled precursor passed npm run verify:cheap (365 files; 3,242 passed and 1 skipped). After PR docs: finalize universal repository task ledger #1112 landed that reconciliation, this exact follow-up was reduced to ledger/review documentation; hosted exact-head CI is the final gate.
  • Verification not run: build/UI/release gates are not selected for this documentation-only diff. The sidebar implementation itself remains gated by #064 before its separate merge.

Risk and rollout

  • Risk: Low. This records pending work and recommended order; it does not execute the sidebar branch or any task automatically.
  • Rollback: Revert this PR; PR docs: finalize universal repository task ledger #1112's merged universal ledger remains intact.
  • Provider or production effects: None. No OpenAI, Supabase, Railway, deployment, credential, or production-data workflow was run.

Clinical Governance Preflight

Not applicable to runtime behavior: this PR changes task-ledger documentation only.

Notes

  • Sidebar source remains isolated on codex/sidebar-test-fix-20260723 at cd54e68fb.
  • #064 retains the required verify:pr-local, responsive/accessibility browser checks, verify:ui, production build, bundle-budget, PR, merge, and exact-origin/main proof.

Warning

Review limit reached

@BigSimmo, you've reached your PR review limit, so we couldn't start this review.

Next review available in: 35 minutes

Enable usage-based reviews in Billing to review now. Otherwise, wait until the next included review is available.
You're only billed for reviews past your plan's rate limits ($0.25/file).

How can I continue?

After more reviews become available, a review can be triggered using the @coderabbitai review command as a PR comment. Alternatively, push new commits to this PR.

To avoid repeated limits, reduce automatic review volume by pausing incremental auto-reviews earlier, using label-based review opt-in, excluding WIP or generated PR titles, or requesting reviews manually when the PR is ready. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based reviews.

How do review limits work?

CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability.

For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window.

Please refer docs for additional details.
