docs: rewrite chat-UI plan + component map onto Aegean Graphite tokens#220
Merged
Conversation
Rewrites the colour language in clinical-chat-ui-implementation-plan.md and clinical-chat-ui-component-map.md in-body onto the Clinical White / Aegean Graphite role tokens (--command graphite for primary command, --clinical-accent Aegean for clinical identity, --success/--warning/--danger for status/safety, neutral --surface-* for panels), replacing the pre-split deep-teal/pale-teal/clinical-sand/blue-grey palette. The prior 'superseded' banners become dated 'revised' notes. Layout, interaction, iteration, and component/file mapping content is unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

What
Full in-body rewrite of the colour/design language in two dated planning docs onto the current Clinical White / Aegean Graphite role-split token system (follow-up to the banner-only pass merged in #215):
docs/clinical-chat-ui-implementation-plan.md— "Functional colour only" principle and the "Colour specification" table rewritten from the pre-splitdeep-teal / pale-teal / clinical-sand / blue-greypalette (with invented hexes) to the canonical role tokens (--command,--clinical-accent/-soft/-border,--info,--success/--warning/--danger, neutral--surface-*) and their real light-mode values. Dropped the oldTeal is the only strong brand/action colourrule — the exact accent-overload the new system fixes. Icon-spec status dots and the "Blue-grey/Pale sand" surface notes tokenized too.docs/clinical-chat-ui-component-map.md—clinical notes sand row, theteal/pale teal/sand/blue-greyrefinement note, and theglobals.cssalias list (deep teal, pale teal, clinical sand…) rewritten onto the role tokens. The prior "superseded" banners become dated "Revised 2026-07-03 — colour aligned to Aegean Graphite" notes, since the bodies are now current on colour. Layout, interaction, iteration, and component/file-mapping content is unchanged.
Scope / safety
