…sensor hal change the change doesn't even seem necessary anymore given sensor hal has uhid access to begin with, just tag /dev/hidraw* with uhid

Do not change /dev/input/* and /dev/uinput permissions here, do not change /dev/uhid either and instead do BlissOS/platform_packages_modules_Bluetooth#1
