Added passing of testnet balances to the chrome extension. The previous iteration of the QR scan only sent mainnet as paramaters. Now chrome extension will auto detect the chain based on main or test. Added mobile UI and Nostr chat integration between keyshares. Devices can now ping and message between devices.
