Installation Failed #4

Thanks for the wonderful work and open source.
When I try to install this package within a virtual environment, I encounter a TypeError that causes the installation to fail. Is there any specific requirement for the versions of Python and Cython? I've attempted using Cython version 0.29.25 as well, but it doesn't seem to work.
