Title for every bar in ARChart

There should be an optional/compulsory functionality where you could label every bar in Bar chart. So that the specific value can be shown on top of every bar node.

You don't need write permission to contribute to the project! You can simply open a Pull Request from the branch you've been working on (on your fork of the project), to the master branch of this project.
