- added securePrefs for passwords and tokens
- removed all server settings from SettingsFragment + pref_settings and moved to server profiles
- added server profiles to allow for multiple servers to push data to simultaneously and updated the mainactivity to loop through enabled server profiles to push data to.
- added pencil edit icon + edit dialog to edit server settings after added
- added long press on server profile to remove server
