I am originally from California and currently reside in North Carolina. My career in REC Markets began in 2007 at APX Inc., where I served as a Senior Registry Administrator until 2018, providing technical assistance and system management for nearly every major REC tracking system in North America, including WREGIS, NC-RETS, MIRECS, NAR, M-RETS, NEPOOL GIS, and NYGATS.

From 2022 to 2024, I served as Chief Client Services Officer at M-RETS Inc. (dba Clean Counts), a non-profit overseeing Renewable Energy and Renewable Thermal tracking systems across North America. Prior to that, I supported RPS Programs in Rhode Island and served as Program Manager for the Illinois Adjustable Block Program. I hold a Master's of Public Administration and Non-Profit Management from CSU East Bay, and my expertise spans REC Markets, Green Business Certification, Recycling Initiatives, and Oil Spill Mitigation.

Since 2013, I have served on the Board of Directors of Common Change, and since 2015 as Board Member and Treasurer. Common Change empowers individuals to pool resources with people they know to meet needs in their communities, emphasizing relationships over transactions through a free web-based platform. My responsibilities include improving the software platform, founding and coordinating local North Carolina giving groups, managing monthly QuickBooks reconciliation, and developing finance procedures.
