This bumps the repo’s pinned Scribe MSBuild SDK version to 0.6.1, but multiple docs/READMEs still show older example versions (e.g. 0.3.0). Please update the documented global.json snippets (README.md, Scribe.Sdk/README.md, docs/project-setup.md, docs/architecture-infrastructure.md) to match the supported/current SDK version (or switch the docs to a <version> placeholder consistently) so the guidance stays accurate.
