CBA diary entry shows keybinds for inactive mods

While in-game, one can view the CBA key binds in the map diary entry under CBA->Keybindings.

Currently, that list will show all saved key binds, even for addons/mods that are not currently loaded.
This causes confusion and is probably not desirable.
