The CBA->Keybinding diary entry would show the key bindings for all mods that a player has ever loaded/configured. Instead, CBA should only show the keybinds for mods that are actually loaded.

The CBA->Keybinding diary entry currently shows key bindings for all
mods that a player has ever loaded/configured.
Instead, CBA should only show the keybinds for mods that are actually
loaded.
