Project dropdown does not display selected value when creating a new project

Describe the bug
I have noticed a ui issue when choosing "+ Create new project…" from the Project dropdown while adding a task, a text input field for entering a new project name appears below the dropdown(which is fine and expected). However, the dropdown still shows "Select a project" and becomes blank while typing the new project name, which is confusing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click Add Task
2. Open the Project dropdown
3. Select + Create new project…
4. Type a project name
5. Notice that the dropdown value becomes empty and does not show the new project name

Expected behavior

The dropdown should display the 'new project name/Create new project'… as the active selection while typing.

I can fix the behaviour of dropdown

I reviewed the code, problem is in AddTaskDialog.tsx, assign me the issue I can PR!
Proposed Solution:
Show "+ Create new project…" when the user first selects that option
Show "New: [project name]" as the user types the new project name
This provides clear visual feedback about what's being entered
