Optimize ESHandler to be faster

Caching and pulling data from ES are quite slow, especially when a Story has pictures. There might not be anything we can do about, but I think it should be investigated.

Well, I know exactly what needs to be done... but I don't think it's a trivial fix. We may not get this done in time

Well, think like a web-browser. There's no need to pull down all pages at once.

It should be ViewStoriesActivity pulls down only the list of Story names and IDs, then when you view a page it pulls down just that page.

-Have addstory upload to a second folder storing only the title and id of a story?
