I have made this a better error in #1092.

The issue is that when create_or_get_video if it errors we .ok() it and then that would cause the video_upload_info to not exist. Instead I have set it up to throw the create_or_get_video error back to the caller.

Just tested and the caller is eating the error. Will work on a fix that surfaces it to the user!

This was blocked on the upload progress PR so I put it on pause. Now that's it's merged will get it ready for merge now!
