Updates the release workflow to use Node.js version 24 instead of 22 to leverage the latest features and improvements. Adds a new step to display Node and npm versions for better debugging and transparency in the CI/CD pipeline. Configures NPM_TOKEN environment variable from secrets to enable authenticated npm operations during the release process.
