Saving images to camera roll

It's currently not possible to save received images to local disk.
An option to add the currently viewed to the camera roll would be nice.

@Hund I'm not opposed to it, if someone would like to spend the time implementing it themselves I would gladly merge the pull request. Maybe you'd like to sponsor development of this feature?

I have never owned an Iphone and I don't have any plans for it as well. Sorry. :) I have friends that uses Iphones though. And if you don't have any plans on further developing your client(?) I guess I have to try to find another client for them.
