• For Dukgo only: Remove Dukgo from bundled server list
• For Dukgo only: Show dialog explaining that server will be shut down
• Show screen to select new server with 3 1 defaults, "show more", and custom.
• Create new account on server, then ask user if they wnat to send all their contacts a message with their new account details.
• Link new account and old account in db (?)
• Migrate key trust status from old contacts to new account
• Investigate vCard forwarding address (make sure to fetch vCard more aggressively because right now it only fetches on avatar change)
• Spam previous contacts with new JID & keys.
• Group-add old contacts with new account
• Archive old buddy threads (requires Inbox / Archive in Conversations list #741)
