Freezing a working container

This version seems to not supporting non-ASCII characters (including Extended-ASCII) in downloaded file names as well as in package names, but is fully functionnal otherwise.
In the meantime this bug gets fixed by pyLoad's authors, here is a small reminder of the error-free characters:
