* sitemap was invalid xml * rss.xml in razor template project contained errors, related to razor's way of handling html void elements, like link, which is present in the rss.xml format. * removed a magic number from Index.cshtml

Some minor fixes to the
createcommand not working as expected out of the box templates did not transform for default freshly created site: RSS and Sitemap template fixes.--draftswas ignored increatealthoug listed at the command line help. Now it creates (empty)draftsfolder(partially) fixes issue #173 reported by me for these problems.
