🐞 Window Actions Not Working

Description

Window actions and shortcuts are not working

To Reproduce

1. Open CodeEdit
2. Close Welcome window
3. Click Window menu and click Welcome to CodeEdit and other options or type shortcuts

Expected Behavior

Welcome to CodeEdit window should open.

Version Information

CodeEdit: 0.1.0 alpha
macOS: 14.3
Xcode: 15.3

Additional Context

To fix this issue we should use openWindow environment value directly. I will open PR to fix the issue but should I remove previous code or just change the implementation of it?
