Add Dynamic Pairs/Token Contract Addresses via UniSwap API

Instead of hardcoding these tokens, there should be a call to the UniSwap API to get all token pairs and contract addresses and keep them in memory. This should be set to update every "x" hours to get new token pairs/tokens.
