Add a "More" Tab and Move Additional Tabs to the Dropdown

Purpose

It will provide a cleaner navbar.

As discussed, the current navbar on desktop is a bit cluttered.

Proposed Solution

Solution: Make the navbar show 4 tabs and move the rest to a "More" tab with a dropdown menu

Acceptance Criteria

• Only show 4 tabs in the navbar
• Add a "More" Tab with a dropdown menu for the rest of the tabs to the navbar.
