Security Vulnerability CVE-2016-10707 & CVE-2015-9251 - Upgrade jQuery to v3.0+

We need to upgrade to jQuery v3.0+ because of vulnerabilities in the current ones.

Resolves following security vulnerabilities:

• CVE-2015-9251
• CVE-2016-10707

Needs investigation because the current jQuery is mainly used for the template and that came with v1.*
So upgrade and see how it behaves :-)
