Fix: suppress expected 404 during branch existence check

When cforge-dev implement --auto checks for an existing branch and it doesn't exist, a raw GitHub API 404 is printed to the terminal. This is expected behaviour (branch doesn't exist yet) and should be silenced. Only unexpected errors should surface.
