Extend PQBench Use Cases and Metrics

We are seeking contributions to expand PQBench, a component of CARAF, by adding new cryptographic use cases and enhancing PQC evaluation metrics.

Problem Overview

PQBench provides curated cryptographic use cases mapped to PQC metrics. To support evolving standards and real-world scenarios, we need more diverse use cases and refined metrics.
