Add feature of editing or adding past logs

Right now I can only log booth traffic real-time. I want to be able to log past traffic that I might have forgot to key in at the time it happened.

I've successfully implemented the ability to edit existing logs and add past logs to the booth tracker application.

What's New

1. Log Past Events 📅

• New "Log Past Event" button in the home screen footer
• Select custom date and time for past interactions
• Choose between conversation or walk-by
• Full conversation flow with custom timestamp support

2. Edit Existing Interactions ✏️

• Edit button (✏️) in the detail screen
• Edit all interaction fields:
  • Timestamp (date & time)
  • Persona
  • Hook
  • Sale type & pricing
  • Quantity
  • Lead type
  • Objections
• Changes are saved immediately and reflected in analytics

Backend (api/main.py):

• Added timestamp parameter to InteractionCreate model (line 115)
• Extended InteractionUpdate model with all editable fields (lines 127-136)
• Modified POST /api/interactions to accept custom timestamps (lines 427-450)
• Enhanced PATCH /api/interactions/{id} for full field editing (lines 711-807)

Frontend (web/src/App.jsx):

• Added customTimestampModal and editModal state management
• Created PastLogTypeScreen component for selecting interaction type
• Created CustomTimestampModal for date/time picker
• Created EditInteractionModal with comprehensive form fields
• Added "Log Past Event" button in home screen footer (line 793-799)
• Added edit icon in detail screen header (line 1127)
• Updated submitConversation to include custom timestamps (lines 363-366)

How to Use

To log a past event:

1. Click "Log Past Event" in the home screen footer
2. Select the date and time when it happened
3. Choose "Conversation" or "Walk-by"
4. Complete the flow as normal

To edit an existing interaction:

1. Browse to any interaction detail screen
2. Click the ✏️ edit icon in the header
3. Modify any fields you want to change
4. Click "Save Changes"
