@neilotte I think the following works better: A Reference System that is used to rank or identify the importance of entities of the specified type. Avoiding the reference to 'scale' altogether. |

@cameronmore That's an improvement, but can we also caveat with 'designed to be used...' rather than 'used'? This would clarify that a never used priority scale is, nonetheless, a priority scale. |
