Create a simple version of CIS-2 multi as an example

With all the new features like sponsored transactions, burn, access control, pauseable etc. The example \`cis2-multi\` has become a quite a heavy contract. It is a little confusing for new developers to grasp it all at first glance. We should have the basic standard in the simplest form.
