Goal

Lock in the ConNext product proposition: positioning, scope, what customers get, and how it relates to Conduction-the-company and Nextcloud-the-platform.

Scope

• One-line proposition: ConNext is a Conduction proposition for Nextcloud.

• Pricing: apps always free + open source. Optional Support (per app × per user × per year, Standard/Premium tiers). Services tarievenkaart (Development €125/uur, Consultancy €150/uur, fysieke training €1.000–€1.200/dagdeel, online training gratis, certificering, optionele strippenkaart €15K met 10% korting).
• Internal pipeline rename: ConNext → RAD; ConNext freed for public product brand.

Status as of 2026-05-19: still open. Product proposition lock-in (positioning, scope, relation to Conduction-the-company and Nextcloud-the-platform) has not been formalised.
