Removes 7 scaffold-only change dirs that contained only tooling metadata (.openspec.yaml, context-brief.md, hydra.json, README.md, builds/, pipeline-logs) with no authored proposal.md. Created by bulk-scaffolding steps that didn't follow through to author. Removed: - pluggable-integration-registry, integration-calendar, integration-analytics (only README.md + hydra.json) - p2-meeting-management-core-t2, p2-meeting-management-core-t3, p2-motion-and-voting-other-t2, p2-motion-and-voting-other-t3 (only .openspec.yaml + builds/ + context-brief.md, no proposal) Re-create individual changes via /opsx-new when ready to author.
