…try integrations Adds cross-repo dependency links for procest → openregister integration registry: - task-management → pluggable-integration-registry (umbrella/tasks) Introduces two cross-repo stub dirs under openspec/changes/: - integration-maps → openregister#1316 - pluggable-integration-registry → openregister#1307 Note: case-location, case-map-overview, map-component, and parafering-audit-trail are Specter drafts not yet in this repo. When pushed, they'll find the integration-maps + pluggable-integration-registry stubs already in place. Related: - Openregister spec PR #1300 - Sibling PRs on decidesk (#133) and pipelinq (#310)

Summary
Chains procest specs to the OpenRegister integration registry. Same cross-repo stub pattern as decidesk (#133) and pipelinq (#310).

Specter DB has
case-location,case-map-overview,map-component, andparafering-audit-trailas drafts for this repo — not yet in the repo. When they're pushed, the stubs are already here to resolve their upstream deps.Stub pattern
Each stub is a directory with only
hydra.json+ short README. Stub'shydra.json.issuepoints at the upstream openregister tracking issue. Hydra's sibling dep check reads the stub, polls the upstream issue state, and resolves the cross-repo dep through the existing mechanism.Test plan
